As a Defendant of a Criminal Matter, you have a right to all evidence being used against you.
This is the motion you must file to the Court (ask court for stamped copy to prove it was filed) and send to the Commonwealth Attorney of the city or county and the officer who filed the charge against you. They will then have to provide all evidence they plan to use against you.
Be Sure to certify mail everything and bring it to court with you I have seen them say they never received it for people representing themselves. Yeah they make the rules and have double standards, just be prepared for the bullshit. Ask for continuance if they never provide the information to you.
